BUTTERCREAM FROSTING RECIPE
- 2 sticks of unsalted room temperture (68-77°F)butter
- whip for 5 minutes
- 4 cups of powdered sugar
- mix
- increase the speed of the mixer
- mix it for 1 minutee
- 1-2 tbsp heavy cream and mix again
- 1-2 tsp flavoring (it's your choice) and mixx
- add little bit more flavoring
- 1-2 tbsp of heavy cream to taste
- fold out frosting to remove bubbles inside
